LELI changes the design table. We train people with lived experience of homelessness to co-author the work — analyzing community input, mapping where services connect and where they fall short, translating firsthand knowledge into the language of decision-making, and bringing it directly into the rooms where the plan is shaped, implemented, and evaluated.
